HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Hope you have had a good holiday season. We have had a TON (or 2) of snow!
Yesterday it basically snowed all I repeat ALL (and I am not exaggerating) day. We plowed and ended up needing to plow again. Oh well. So sometimes I wonder if we need to move to Arizona. Next time you hear from me I might be there. Well enough with my griping. The goat kids our fine (and huge I might add). So far we Haven't went sledding like we would of by now. We have been plowing. Well, BYE!

Where's the line to see Jesus

Listen to this. It is really a great song.

I love this song you usually see Santa at christmas but this brings out the real meaning of christmas.

Cats

This is Midnight our new cat!
We got him about a month ago, but when we got him home something sparked my curiosity and I wondered if cats are nocturnal, SO I did some research and found this answer.  Cats are hunting machines, with a catch rate of over 90%, which is much better then other animals. They use the night, because of the advantage they have with their very good night vision. During the day the have to keep the iris of their eye very small, so it is harder for them to hunt that way. It limits the field of vision for them. At night the eye can be wide open and they see better then most of their prey. A lot of their favorite prey animals are out feeding at night, so they hunt when the prey is out. So there you go I guess cats like both day and night!

Jinxed!

Okay today my partner was gone, and I went out into the middle of a snow storm to feed. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! (I learned that after spilling water on myself and turned into a Popsicle about half way through)  Okay but about half way through I remembered that I had just said that there would be no snow for Christmas! Oh well, guess I jinxed it. OH, and Lucky Seven wishes you a merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Kids

Well so far no new kids and I am glad! Whew! Those kids are HARD work. So far we have 8 little ones. We have three girls and 5 (soon to be) weathers. They are cute, but you have a hard time keeping up! So far we have 5 of ten mothers kidded so now we only have 6 soon to be mothers. We are thinking they will all have around late December to early January.

Goodbye and GOOD RIDDANCE!

Hello

Hi,
You probably don't know much about us so... We are Lucky Seven Meat Goats and we have 11 goats. They are top quality (we wouldn't have anything that wasn't) and we have been in several shows. We haven't been in this business to long, but we have gotten PLENTY good at it. We have been taking the grand and reserve champions all the time so I would say we are pretty good. Feel free to look around and make yourself at home.
